Logistics Officer

Responsibilities:
• Reviewing all documents for the import and Export shipments (with the site store-customer & Back office in Germany)
• Following up with the freight forwarders for both import and export shipments.
• Obtaining Freight quotations and following up on receiving and reviewing invoices along with the payment of relative invoices.
• Handling of all communications with the customs and customer in relation to shipments entry to and exit from El Amreya Free zone
• Communicate with suppliers, retailers etc. to achieve profitable deals and mutual satisfaction
• Organizing the Local transportation to site and from site with the local suppliers / Coordinate logistics staff (e.g. drivers) according to availabilities and requirements
• Coordinate and monitor supply chain
