Job Description

HR reporting and budgeting:

  • Preparing monthly/periodical HR reports in accordance with local requirements.
  • Reporting HR indicators and activities follow-up in Operations Meetings: follow-up the main indicators as headcount, , overtime and turnover.
  • Providing information for budgeting process and make sure that the budget targets are achieved (including the training budget).

HR policies, procedures, and compliance:

  • Developing and implementing local HR related policies as support to central HR policies.
  • Developing and revising procedures according to legal requirements and company rules.
  • Ensuring that all functions have a position description and ensure that all organization charts are compliant with the central policies.
  • Implementing a code of conduct in the organization and promoting compliance in all processes.
  • Monitoring the annual performance review process, ensuring completion by all lead managers.
  • Assuring close communication and open dialogue with employee representatives and in all subjects related to Local Labor Relations

Training & Development Tasks

  • Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation and preservation of human capital
  • Identify training needs, recommending, and implementing solutions, and evaluating and measuring effectiveness.
  • Lead the development and continuous improvement of a comprehensive training strategy ensuring strategic alignment of training and development with business goals.
  • Collaborate with business leaders to understand their needs related to training and development by proactively interfacing with key stakeholders in order to understand, recommend and deploy effective solutions.
  • Conduct assessments and analyses to define performance, skill and knowledge gaps and recommend training and development to drive individual and company-wide capability and performance improvement.
  • Partner with the HR team to recommend and develop employee engagement programs and activities that enhance employment experience.
  • Design and develop programs and curriculum, partner with internal subject matter experts and/or external vendors to achieve defined training, learning and development objectives.
  • Establish and maintain individual and organizational performance evaluation methods.

Job Requirements

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS •

  • Bachelor’s degree In Business Administration or any related field.
  • 5-7 years of Proven working experience in HR, learning and development experience including developing, implementing, and delivering training in Industry/Manufacturing sector
  • Strong consultative approach
  • Excellent active listening, negotiation, Strong Communication and Presentation Skills
  • People oriented and results driven Knowledge of HR systems and database
  • SAP and Success Factors experience is preferred.
