Junior Legal Associate

Job Description

• Handle external communication with governmental entities (e.g. FRA, GAFI ….etc)
• Represent the company in legal proceedings
• Prepare the appropriate legal documents for trial or court proceedings and attend court hearings when required
• Meet with clients and offer legal representation to them in all governmental entities
• Follow up onclient’s debts collection
• Drafting, reviewing, amending and negotiating complex contracts and agreements
• Dealing with registration documentation, issues and disputes
• Initiate and pursue legal proceedings as required by the company
• Prepare and present legal documents and required studies
• Ensuring the company operates in compliance with applicable laws and regulations

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in law
• Licensed to practice law
• From 1-3 years of solid-relevant experience in Egypt
• Very good command in English
• Solid computer skills (Word, Excel, Power Point)
• Excellent communication skills, both verbally and in writing
• Solid legal knowledge, analytical skills, legal writing and attention to details
