IT Solutions Delivery Manager

Job Description

• Initiate, develop, maintain, and deliver information technology industry best practices, standards, architectures, enterprise, and emerging technologies.
• Oversee the solutions implementation and delivery of software solutions.
• Guide business teams through their requirements and advice about software solutions
• Define the development and testing best-practices, help the team with the optimization of certain systems
• Ensure that the organization is using the appropriate technology and software and is not using End-of-Life software
• Design and oversee implementation of end-to-end integrated solutions.
• Deliver architectural initiatives that drive revenue and improve efficiency in line with business strategy.
• Act as the focal point for architecture, technology, and IT standards.
• Guide, coach, and mentor software development and tester engineers.
• Lead the service delivery team, manage conflict, and ensure the team's processes and tasks are carried out efficiently.
• Assess customer feedback and using tools to establish, improve, and refine services.
• Build partnerships with the team to determine the company's services, delivery criteria, and solutions for issues that may arise.
• Manage fleet availability to meet all distribution requests by scheduling, forecasting and operate current user trends.
• Arrange fleet and fleet operational staff to provide support and schedule distribution planning.
• Responsible for determining the needed hires for each project
• Manage all team efforts as projects. Hence, project management is a main responsibility
• Develop and maintain the relevant technical expertise; software development, programming languages, etc.
• Strategic planning and reporting for business solutions, business enablement, and process improvement initiatives.
• Drive and inspire teams buy-in towards success and to deal with C-levels being always relevant and opinionated.
• Implement and enforce the security policy/procedures set by the Technology Security Officer
• Implement and enforce the technical policy/procedures set by the Technology Enterprise Architect
• Automate business processes and procedures into technology solutions
• Implement business requirements through the customization of existing solutions, selecting new solutions and/or the development of special solutions

Job Requirements

• B.SC degree Computer Science/Engineering / ITIL, PMP is plus
