Job Description

Technical Support and Operation

• Maintain communication with the employee during the incident resolution process.
• application or any management software is accurate and up to date including inventories, acquisition, and disposal of equipment regarding IT policies and procedures
• Monitor and maintain printers, digital senders, and photocopiers
• Solve incidents on Windows, Printers, VHF Radio Handhelds, Twisted Pair cables connectivity, Fiber Cable Connectivity with equal proficiency.
• Surveillance system installation and maintenance.
• Running reports to analyses common complaints and problems.
• Receives, unpacks, and delivers goods; re-stocks items as necessary; labels shelves
• Records purchases, maintains the purchasing database, performs a physical count of inventory (in the department ), and reconciles actual stock count to computer-generated reports.
• Walk the end-users through the problem-solving process
• Troubleshoots diagnoses problems, implements corrective action procedures within prescribed guidelines, and/or escalates to other technical resources as appropriate
• Provide accurate information on IT products or services
