الوصف الوظيفي
- We are Hiring a Customer support Associate (Voice)
- Salary : 18,000/- to 20,000/- per month
- Shift: Night (7 PM to 4 AM)
- Location : Carnival Infopark, Kakkanad, Kochi, Kerala
- Experience: 0 to 3 years in Bpo / Customer Support
- The candidate Should have excellent fluency in English.
Requirements
- Explaining the practice procedures to new patients via call/mail.
- Dealing with all requests in an efficient and courteous manner.
- Answering telephone calls and dealing with face to face enquiries.
- Scheduling appointments for patients.
- Updating computer system with appointments and personal details.
- Call patients to remind them of upcoming appointments.
- Making daily sales reports and sending mail to managers.
- Doing day close and make sure to synchronize the system.
