Institutional accountability team leader

• Design and implement interventions that advance government of Jordan efforts to improve its legal frameworks; strengthen public administration systems, processes, and procedures to ensure all public institutions operate in a transparent and accountable manner; bolster transparency and effectiveness both at the decision-making and operational levels within the public sector and in the judicial council; and meet international and local commitments that aim to enhance public accountability, transparency, judicial independence, rule of law, and protection of human rights including women s access to justice
• Supervise the technical and operational implementation of interventions related to public accountability, transparency, rule of law, and/or justice strengthening
• Work with the chief of party, deputy chief of party, and public accountability and civil society team leader to design and implement integrated and cohesive interventions
• Establish and maintain good working relationships with local organizations, governmental counterparts, media, and other donor agencies and programs
• Work with monitoring and evaluation and reporting specialists to provide input for regular and ad hoc reports (weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual), annual work plans, and other written communications and deliverables, as well as documenting success stories and lessons learned
