- Prepare new markets for starting individual fundraising with focus on online fundraising channels
- Support countries in fostering local fundraising growth by further developing and introducing online fundraising channels
- Secure individual fundraising investment into online channels by developing local in-house expertise for online fundraising (e.g. candidate’s assessment, on-boarding and mentoring of newly recruited fundraisers, catch-up calls with online fundraisers, field trips)
- Safeguard individual fundraising expert networks (online fundraising)
- Responsible within own area of work to raise awareness of the SOS Child Protection Policy principles and to prevent and protect children from all forms of abuse, abandonment, exploitation, violence and discrimination
- Responsible to report any CS suspicion, concern, allegation or incident immediately following Child Safeguarding reporting procedures. CS reports should be made to the IOR CS focal person and/or to the respective line manager
