HSE Leader - Country Operations

Job Objectives

• To ensure health and safety across my country
• To lead country-wide commercial sales departmental operations (commercial sales facilitator)
• To build local autonomy with the Local Business team: Region Leader, City Leaders, Store Leaders
• To develop and manage a strong network of contacts across the country
• To lead and drive the team of Operation Referent (in some cases, Maintenance Referent as well) and store operations leaders to follow the operational best practices,
• To help my team to grow by promoting training, support, and local decision-making.
• To encourage the sharing of experience with other countries

Job Duties

• Manage country-based risk prevention: Risk evaluation, health, and safety scoring, annual updating, and validation of the health and safety system of reference.
• Responsible for the personal safety of others and the security of assets.
• Contribute to the country's profit growth
• Responsible for the implementation of an individualized operational training plan
• Make the managers autonomous in their operational procedures and organizational solutions (flows/stock)
• Responsible for all my sites' compliance with the design and functionalities.
• Coordinate and carry out regular checks on the accuracy of flows and stocks.
• Design and enforce compliance with the maintenance programs.
• Develop and manage a strong network of contacts across the country (involved internally and externally)

Job Requirements

• Proven experience asHSE manager or leader in international retail companies
• Sport is mandatory
• Fluent In English isA must
• Deep understanding of legal health and safety guidelines
• Ability in producing reports and developing relevant policies
• Good knowledge of data analysis and risk assessment
• Excellent organizational and motivational skills
• Outstanding attention to detail and observation ability
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities
• BSc/BA in safety management or relevant field is preferred
• Valid qualification in occupational health and safety
