• Analyze the data and develop insightful reports.
• Analyze data and statistics for trends regarding recruitment practices, motivation, turnover, and compliance with employment laws.
• Optimize and implement new data processes and systems.
• Compile reports of data results and present these to senior people and culture leadership.
• Work on needs-basis reports from senior management.
• Working closely with the Data Analytics reports to ensure data integration occurs for autonomous reports generation.
• Work with internal and external auditors to provide all required reports.
