Develop and monitor overall HR strategies systems tactics and procedures across the organization
Nurture a positive working environment
Oversee and manage our performance appraisal system that drives high performance (monthly KPIs and IDP)
Maintain pay plan and benefits program
Assess training needs to apply and monitor training programs
Report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics
Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management
Collaborate with other departments as Marketing Project Managers Finance PR and Quality departments.
Organize monitor lead and control the HR department associates.
Maintain and ensure the associates loyalty and stability at the corporate.
Retain the most skillful calibers as per the organizations vision.
Requirements
10 years of experience overall in the field.
bachelor Degree.
People Management Learning agility Analytical thinking perfect communication skills and emotional intelligence.
Experience in following and maintaining workplace privacy.
Ability to give presentations.
Knowledge of relevant health and safety laws.
Experience using computers for a variety of tasks.
Competency in Microsoft applications including Word Excel and Outlook.
