HR Coordinator - Internship

Internship Description

Job Description:

• Assist in conducting employee onboarding and help plan training & development.
• Assist with the recruitment process by identifying candidates.
• Manage the organization’s employee database and prepare reports.
• Assist with all internal and external HR related inquiries or requests.
• Follow up employee’s medical insurance.
• Assist with day to day operations of the HR functions and duties
• Performs any other related tasks when needed.
  

The intern will learn:

• HR Policies & Procedures
• Organizational Structure, Job Analysis and Job Descriptions
• Recruitment & Selection full cycle
• Performance Management System

Duration: 3 / 6 months

Internship Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in business Administration or any relevant field .
• Highly Communication Skills .
• Good English Language
• Good MS Office Skills
