HR Assistant Specialist

Job Description

• Responsible for the archiving process regarding ( OD - Training and Personnel departments) .
• Following up for the needed training Internally .
• Following up with the new comers for the needed hiring documents and process .
• Dealing with labor office and social insurance office .
• Supporting in updating the data on the Training and Recruitment System .
• Supporting in the timekeeping process .

Job Requirements

• Males only and Maximum age is 26 .
• Experience in Human Resources from 6 months to 1 yearin more than one function as a HR Generalist /Coordinator.
• Very good in English .
• 6th of October residents , Giza or nearby are preferable.
• Graduates from Business / Accounting / Law are preferable.
• Has good communication skills.

Good interpersonal skills and potential caliber.
