• Performs the completion of personnel files (contracts, form 1,6), maintain employee database and personnel files to comply with labor law & the company policies.
• Organizes, compiles, and updates company personnel records and documentation to have an organized archiving and valid data on the system also Overseeing HR documents, like employees hiring documents to comply with labor law & the company policies.
• Monitors employee’s attendance and vacation to ensure that attendance logs are recorded and to report employees’ absence to payroll and Updates employees’ files to document personnel information, employees benefit sheets (medical & life insurance) and to provide data for payroll and other users
• Handles all day-to-day administration tasks to get to know the monthly expenses (transportation, mobile ,..etc)
• Conducts phone calls or meetings to create a shortlist of qualified candidates.
• Creates and publishes job ads in various portals to ensure that all jobs are announced.
• Interviews candidates in-person for a wide range of roles.
• Follows hiring metrics including time-to-hire, time-to-fill and source of hire to ensure that all jobs are filled in specific time and to have analytical data.
• Administers English & IQ tests & Medical check-up transfers to ensure proper recruitment.
• Follow ups with candidates throughout the hiring process, to ensure that candidates completed their documents.
