About the job
Flow is working with a leading bank who are hiring a Head of E-Commerce Platforms & Ecosystems to be based in Amman.

The main responsibilities will include:
- Develop and maintain short-term and long-term product strategies for the consumer banking division in alignment with the company’s overall objectives.
- Define and maintain the cards’ short and long-term product roadmap/strategy and vision in line with consumer banking strategic objectives across countries for both existing and new products.
- Manage and Implement card schemes (VISA/MasterCard/AMEX) strategies and their related business growth plans
- Monitor and analyse the financial and business performance of strategic opportunities optimizing revenue streams and cost structures.
- Identify and develop partnerships with relevant ecosystem providers/companies to expand offerings and increase the reach that will benefit the company.
- Oversee the management and optimization of the digital platforms ensuring it is user-friendly and secure.

To be successful you will need to meet the following:
- Candidate must be based in or willing to relocate to Jordan.
- Proven track record in managing digital platforms and ecosystems within the banking/financial services industry.
- International exposure with a deep understanding of how complex organizations operate.
- Must be aware of new digital platforms/ products/ technologies and how they affect the banking sector and economies and must have hands-on experience to build more automated processes.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Arabic.

- Manage and monitor cards portfolio, e-commerce, ecosystem, and P&L across countries to increase profitability.
- Stay informed about the market developments & the competitors’ actions and work closely with the Marketing to manage the marketing activities and their related business growth plans.
