The successful candidate will be responsible for driving business growth through the development and execution of data-driven marketing campaigns across multiple channels. The Growth Marketing Manager will collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify growth opportunities and will be responsible for measuring and reporting on the effectiveness of marketing efforts.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute data-driven marketing campaigns across multiple channels to drive business growth.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify growth opportunities and prioritize initiatives.
- Utilize A/B testing, user segmentation, and targeting to optimize campaigns and maximize ROI.
- Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to track key performance indicators, including customer acquisition, retention, and lifetime value.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in growth marketing.
- Manage relationships with external vendors and agencies.

Requirements
- Proven experience as a Growth Marketing Manager or in a similar role.
- Strong knowledge and experience in data-driven marketing, including A/B testing, user segmentation, and targeting.
- Expertise in marketing automation tools and platforms.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Bachelors or Masters degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
