Group Manager

Our client is looking for Group Manager who will strengthen their team and help them to achieve their ambitious growth plans in HCM Office with following SoW and Requirements:

1. Scope of Work:

• Manage and oversee execution of all key accounts through strategy alignment execution and education.
• Follow up budget/targets set by BODs and assure conformity.
• Establish lead and manage team to carry out responsibilities in accordance with company policies.
• Provide supervision and guidance on all aspects of building design including compliance with statutory requirements design for safety sustainable design building efficiency value engineering quality of product etc ensures projects follow the overall strategic direction of the company.
• Conceptualize and develop ideas establish budgets assess needs of the building of a project and brief the Management to ensure conformity to managements requirements;
• Manage organization operation and business development Research analyze projects (analyze investment conditions prefeasible feasible properties effectiveness of the investment project)
• Manage the investment and project development (report and explain to state agencies departments and business leaders)
• Development of design procedures workflows and improvements to services. Support in defining more efficient workflows in design and extension of services for a company growth.
• Resolve problems and issues that arise in engineering ensure that any adverse environmental impact of the project is managed and minimized
• To think ahead and proactively plan out and assign workload on the business.
• All other adhoc tasks as may arise that relate to design management.

2. Requirements:

• Degree in Civil Engineering with 10 years relevant experience in structural design management
• At least 5 years of experiences at the similar position. Strong management teamwork problemsolving skills
• Excellent interpersonal communication training and presentation skills;
• Good organizational and negotiation skills;
• Strong leadership and project management skills;
• Excellent computeraided design skills such as AutoCAD SketchUp BIM software Photoshop MS Project.
• Have experience from positions related to Legal Design Cost and Construction is an advantage.
• English Communications Computer literate: MS Office AutoCAD MS Project.
