General Accountant

Job Description

• Preparing journal and ledger accounts
• Complete general ledger operations
• Monthly closings and preparation of monthly financial statements
• Reconcile and maintain balance sheet accounts
• Draw up monthly financial reports
• Prepare tax computations and returns
• Assist in preparing budgets and forecasts
• Account/bank reconciliations
• Review and process expense reports
• Assist with preparation and coordination of the audit process
• Assist with implementing and maintaining internal financial controls
• Creating financial statements reports
• Issue Invoices of Sales

Job Requirements

• Bachelor of Commerce, Accounting Division.
• 3-5 years experience in the financial reporting/general ledger .
• Previous Experience in Same Industry or Service Sector is preferred
• Previous Experience on accounting software.
• Excellent Using MS Office & very good English level.
• Administration and organization skills as well as the ability to work well under deadlines.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to work accurately and to keep an eye on details.
• Having good understanding of internal and accounting controls.
