FUNCTIONAL ANALYST (M/F)

Blackridge Group is looking for a Functional Analyst to meet the growing needs of our As Functional Analyst, you will be an essential part of the Settlement IT

Tasks/responsibilities:

• Review,understand and analyse and commentbusiness requirements ;
  
• Prepareand describe the impacts on other projects,business processesand systems ;
  
• Interfacebetweenbusiness and IT development ;
  
• Create detailed functional and systems requirements, ability towrite SRA ;
  
• During Specification Phase actively support functional issue resolution ;
  
• Delivery ofFunctional Acceptance Criteria ;
  
• Produce, document, perform and validatetest cases ;
  
• Provide detail reporting about test status, including documentation of software defects ;
  
• Work together with business and ;to facilitate resolution of issues and defects during SystemTest and BAT ;
  
• Help for production issue resolution and provide support for explaining system results and resolving customer queries ;
  
• Assist and advise customers testing activities ;
  
• Prepareand supportinternal users / customer training ;
  
• Presentations to end users about functional matters ;
  
• Work with prescribed methodologies for involvement in all stages ofproject lifecycle ;
  

• Write test approach document ;
  
• Project plan creation, maintenance and tracking ;
  
• Issues, dependencies, risks, assumptions, decisions management ;
  
• Meeting organization ;
  

Qualifications/required skills

• University degree or equivalent professional qualification or experience ;
  
• 2-3 years experience in a financial institution back-office, or as functional or business analyst in the securities and cash industry ;
  
• Strong interest in Information Technology ;
  
• Excellent organisational and analytical skills with strong attention to detail ;
  
• Excellent oral and written communication and presentation skills ;
  
• Team player with a positive and pro-active attitude ;
  
• Ability to work and produce good results under pressure within a team environment ;
  
• PC literate, experience with collaboration tools such as Jira, Github; knowledge about SQL, ;
  
• Ability to meet challenging project deadlines and deliver in a fast moving and change oriented environment ;
  
• Flexibility;
  
• Proficiency inwritten and spoken English; French/Germanlanguage skills will be an asset
  
• Dedication, team and communication skills, flexibility as well as competent handling of MS Office applications round out your
