Job Description
Were seeking a highly motivated detail-oriented Financial Analyst to join our Strategy team in Dallas TX. This entry-level role is ideal for a recent graduate who is passionate about healthcare and eager to gain hands-on experience in strategic financial analysis market research and business case modeling. This analyst will report directly to the Finance Manager Strategy and work alongside the Director of Strategic Finance.
Key Responsibilities
- Support development and implementation of growth strategies by market and service line
- Build bottom-up financial models to assess new initiatives and market opportunities
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform strategic planning
- Leverage third-party resources to support real estate strategy and business development
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Finance Operations and Business Development as well as therapy ABA and nursing service line leaders
- Financial models and decks to support key executive decision making
Qualifications :
- Graduated in December 2024 or May/June 2025
- Bachelors degree in a quantitative field: Economics Math Statistics Finance Accounting Business or related
- Strong quantitative and analytical skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Self-starter with a demonstrated curiosity for business and strategy
- Willingness to learn and openness to coaching
Preferred (but not required)
- Internship or academic experience in financial modeling market analysis or strategy
- Exposure to data visualization or analysis tools (Power BI Tableau SQL)
- Strong interest in working in healthcare

- Base salary $65000 - $75000 annually and paid weekly
