Job Description
Taylor & Francis Group is offering an exciting opportunity for an experienced analyst to join our Marketing Analytics Team.
We are looking for a customer-focused individual who can transform data into compelling narratives.
As a key contributor the Marketing Analyst will play a crucial role in shaping data-driven strategies supporting stakeholders and enhancing overall marketing performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Source clean and transform data from various sources
- Produce customer segmentation models for marketing purposes
- Analyse customer behaviour to provide actionable insights
- Develop and maintain marketing dashboards to track key performance indicators
- Assist marketing teams to design and implement data-driven marketing campaigns
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and strategies using a variety of tools and techniques including A/B testing
- Assist with forecasting trend analysis and scenario modelling
- Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders in a clear and concise manner
- Assist in the development of marketing plans and strategies based on data analysis
Qualifications :
Essential Skills & Experience:
- Proven experience as a Customer or Marketing Analyst
- Skilled in profiling and segmenting customer data
- Proficient in querying data using SQL
- Experienced in implementing and analysing A/B tests
- Proficient in creating interactive dashboards ideally using Power BI or a similar tool
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
Desired Skills & Experience:
- Experience using Python R or Alteryx for data transformation & manipulation purposes
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with experience in statistical modelling techniques
- Exceptional attention to detail with the ability to identify and address data discrepancies
- Strong time management skills
- Committed to continuous learning and self-development
Additional Information :
Location: The successful candidate will be able to utilise our balanced working model. We ask that candidates live within a commutable distance of either our Milton Park Abingdon office or our London Blackfriars office to ensure that as a balanced worker they can make it to our office locations to collaborate as required. There is an expectation for a minimum of 3 days per week in-person time.
