Requirements

Essential

• Integrity: Demonstrates unwavering commitment to strong moral and ethical principles.
• Proficiency in report writing.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English IELTS Band 7 or higher.
• Bachelors degree or higher in law environmental studies or a related field.
• Experience in legal environmental social or policy fields gained from consultancy government research agencies/think tanks NGOs private sector/industry organizations or similar.
• Minimum of 3 years experience in consultancy services or a minimum of 5 years experience combining consultancy and industry sectors.
• Native proficiency in Vietnamese.
• Proficient in MS Word Excel PowerPoint and Outlook.
• International work experience.

Preferred

• Strong knowledge and expertise in legal matters.
• Familiarity with international standards and organizations such as IFC ILO UNDP etc.
• Extensive practical experience in construction manufacturing or other industries.
• Experience in waste management and renewable energy.
• Experience in compliance with regulatory requirements and regulators (MoNRE and DoNRE).
