Entry level - Virtual Personal Assistant Remote

We are seeking an entry level Virtual Personal Assistant to join our team and assist with various tasks and projects. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to work independently in a remote environment. This is a part-time, contract position with the potential for full-time work in the future.

Responsibilities:

• Assist with scheduling appointments and managing calendars
• Manage and respond to email correspondence
• Conduct research and gather information as needed
• Assist with data entry and other administrative tasks
• Provide support for various projects and initiatives
• Communicate effectively with team members and clients

Requirements:

• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Able to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• Ability to work effectively in a remote environment
• Must have access to a reliable computer and internet connection

This is a remote position and the candidate can work from anywhere. The candidate should be available to work during Australia business hours.
