Entry level / Office Assistant Remote

We are looking for a highly motivated and enthusiastic candidate who will assist with day-to-day tasks. This person must be diligent, reliable, and flexible, so they must be comfortable balancing multiple assignments simultaneously. This job requires attention to detail and the ability to work independently and under supervision, depending on the task.

Required Skills/Experience

• Computer Literate
• Precise Data Entry, typing, and Ten Key
• Ability to prioritize and multi-task without direct supervision
• College-level verbal and written communication
• Immaculate attention to detail
• Able to lift 50 lb packages

Preferred But Not Required

• Graphic design experience
• Basic HTML
• Previous shipping and handling experience
• Photoshop/Canva Pro/Blender: developing EBC (enhanced brand content)/A+ Content, hero images, banners, etc.
• Provide high-level administrative duties
• Seller Central (Amazon) knowledge
• Shipping inbound packages experience.
• Microsoft Office skills (Outlook, Word, Excel)

Daily Tasks

• Inventory preparation for outbound shipments. Including packing, labeling, and shipping individual units in a time-efficient manner.
• End-of-the-day inventory count.
• Assist with e-commerce listings, management, and maintenance of in-house brands.
• Data entry, including maintaining and updating product information.
• Maximize channel performance by improving listing quality, search optimization, buyer feedback, and online seller rating.
• Continuous monitoring and management of online performance and providing customer service. This includes ratings, reviews, online inquiries, and responses across all platforms.
