Essential criteria

• 1 Proven experience in leadership roles with a focus on identity and access management or related disciplines.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

• Experience in leading crossfunctional teams and driving largescale initiatives to successful outcomes.
• Knowledge of regulatory requirements and industry best practices related to IAM and identity governance.
• Ability to analyse complex issues identify solutions and make informed decisions to drive IAM strategy forward.
• Demonstrated positive attitude towards people with disability aligning with the core purpose of the NDIA.
• Proven ability to obtain and maintain an NV1 clearance.

Desirable criteria

• Experience in leading CIAM or IAM teams and projects
