Job Description

• Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing the sales team
• Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands the company’s customer base and ensure its strong
• Own recruiting, objectives setting, coaching, and performance monitoring of medical representatives
• Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs
• Present sales, revenue, and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team

Job Requirements

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor of Pharmacy, Veterinary, and Science.
• 2-3 years of experience in the same job title.
• Previous Experience in the field of food supplements is preferred
• Experience with gynecologists is an added value.
• Excellent command of English.
• A professional user of MS Office Package.
• Solid sales skills with achievement record.
• Outstanding communication, presentation, and leadership skills.
• Valid driving license.
