This startup is a SaaS software editor specialized in the optimization of rail and multimodal transport. Thanks to their solution, the largest European industrial companies (Arkema, TotalEnergies, Saint Gobain, ArcelorMittal, etc.) reduce their transport costs and their associated carbon footprint.

In recent years, logistics has become a playground for digitalization: IoT, AI and Digital Twin have many applications in this field. They integrate these 3 technologies to bring visibility and automation to an industry that still frequently manages its operations on paper or Excel.
In 7 years, they have become the French leader in rail transport software, and have doubled their team every year. They have gained the confidence of the market over these years, allowing them to continue their international expansion.

Description du poste et des missions

In a context of strong growth and internationalization of the company, they are looking to accelerate their sales cycle and growth in Europe - especially in the Eastern countries- while increasing the adoption of the product by current users.

With their operations expanding to Europe, notably with an office in Duisburg opened last year they aim to find a Sales Executive who will be able to join the Sales team to grow the market for them in Europe . You are able to close large B2B deals from A to Z.

  • Participate to company growth by signing medium and large clients
  • Build your own pipeline of sales opportunities using outbound techniques
  • Manage the full sales process from A to Z (qualifying leads to closing)
  • Work closely with the marketing team to obtain marketing qualified leads (inbound)
  • Consultative selling : be the expert the client look for and focus on the pain points
  • Communicate market and prospects insights to the Product teams
  • Participate to professional events and evenings internationally

The position is ideally based in Paris (11th arrondissement). Home office is possible, with 1 day of mandatory office presence per week. They also offer remote or digital nomad trips :)

‍ Profil recherché

We are looking for a hunter who is able to close. Your strategic mindset and experience in consultative selling will help you to start a cooperation with their potential clients. You bring a proven track record in handling large accounts with a sales cycle which lasts from 6 months to 18 months. You have experience in Saas B2B selling. This translates into being comfortable managing a sales process with successful interactions with purchasing, IT and decision-makers profiles.

  • You are resilient, curious and autonomous. All in one.
  • You are bilingual in English and any other language is a plus (French, German, Italian, Polish etc.)
  • You are ambitious and aim to have a significant impact on the company’s growth strategy
  • You are performance driven, and data centric
  • Fast learner, you like a challenge and the responsibilities that come with it
  • Determined, patient and a great listener, you understand that sales is about expertise and relationships

Big plus :

  • Understanding of or having worked with the technologies (IoT / Integrations/ AI etc)
  • Background in Supply Chain & Transport logistics

Skills:

  • Masters Level Education
  • Sales Experience in SaaS B2B environment
  • Ability to understand quickly the client’s supply chain model and pain points
  • Initiative & Performance Driven
  • Excellent communication skills (written and oral). Fluent in English. Additional language is a big plus
  • Comfortable with Sales Tool Stack (Hubspot CRM, Linkedin Sales Navigator, Waalaxy, PhantomBuster, Lemlist, Livestorm etc.)
