- Manage multiple projects and/or work packages through estimations, planning and UX/UI, execution, development, QA phase, launch, and post-launch support.
- Perform user acceptance testing for requirements delivered before sending to the client.
- Involve the right team members to ensure successful delivery.
- Make sure sprints and milestones are being met on a day-to-day basis.
- Plan and schedule project sprints or milestones.
- Operate, follow up, and manage project phases within Vardot processes in agreed-upon OLA.
- Work with the Project Leads to identify and mitigate project risks and remove barriers to project success. Escalate potential risks to the project delivery Manager.
- Resolve and/or escalate issues in a timely fashion.
- Guiding the team and organization on how to use Agile/Scrum practices and values to delight customers.
