Digital Learning Developer

Responsibilities:
• Create online learning experiences, principally: self-paced, eLearning courses and modules, on-demand workflow interventions, and multimedia learning components.
• collaborate with instructional designers, project managers, and subject matter experts. They use creative and innovative technologies and tools to develop engaging and impactful learning solutions.
• using and keeping up with the latest authoring tools, technologies, and methodologies and testing and quality assurance.
• Transform a business learning need into a packaged, deployable learning solution through designing learning experiences and working with wider creative specialists, such as app developers, video producers, voice-over artists, graphics artists, and animators.
• Support the promotion and design of engaging and effective digital learning content.
• Update/refresh existing learning content and assessment material, in line with the MAF L&D standards, as and when required.
• Evaluate existing training materials and convert to digital content in line with best-practice methodologies.
• Manage subject matter expertise, carrying out content research, evaluation, and development, as necessary.
• Track and report on digital learning outcomes
