Demand Planning Manager - Investee Company

Job Purpose

Demand Planning Manager to ensure that all the minmax of the store is strictly reviewed analyze and update suitable with business growth.

Key Accountabilities

1. Ensure minmax at store enough to adapt customer demand;
2. Ensure Service Level in stores is maintaining Out of Stock (OOS) < 2.5%;
3. Forecast and update minmax on time for stores;
4. Evaluate forecast accuracy and alert risks impact to business to related department;
5. Ensure minmax system works perfectly update ontime for New store and Promotion Campaign;
6. Analyzing error in minmax system fill rate of new store promotion campaign adjust and inform to others related;
7. Ensuring compliance with the process update minmax on AX;
8. Connect with Purchasing Distribution Center and Trading team to update all related could impact to minmax system of store;
9. Understand seasonality impacts on sales volumes within assigned Channel(s) and adjust forecasts accordingly;
10. Analyzing communicating and monitoring the impacts of changes to the demand plan;
11. Comply with the company processes procedures regulations and standards;
12. Do alignment about the individual KPIs with the direct line manager and ensure the target achievement;

Key Requirements

Bachelor Degree in Science or Industrial Management Supply Chain Management or relevant field.

Minimum 2 years of experience in same position (Manager level). Experience in Retail Company is preferred.

Excellent communication in English and native Vietnamese.

Computer usage ability:

• Fluently Microsoft tools and Dynamic AX
• Advanced Excel (strong working knowledge of Excel: compound and complex Formulas Power Query (Get & Transform Data) Tables cell styles formatting options)
