Customer Support With French - Remote In Portugal

Responsibilities:

• Assist Customers through the various channels regarding queries about subscription invoicing technical troubleshooting.
  
• Provide account and application support to Customers namely with regards to software functionality.
  
• Provide accurate and realtime responses to the customers inquiries.
  
• Keep records of customer interactions and transactions recording details of inquiries complaints or comments as well as actions taken.
  

Qualifications:

• Fluent level of Italian (C1/C2)
  
• English B2
  
• Experience in Customer Service (preferable)
  
• Good communication and soft skills
  

Offer:

• Salary 900 month x 14 months
