As a Customer Service Coordinator (m/f/d) will be in charge of all Administrative and Service for the SellIn customers which include Wholesale Department Stores B2B TV Channels Corporate Gifts and Spa for all brands distributed by our client.
What you will be doing:
Provide an outstanding customer service to improve customer satisfaction and relationshipAnswer all inquiries from the Sell In customers in a timely manner (emails and calls)
Order managementDelivery notificationPacking listTracking
Manage the customer service inbox and respond to customer inquiriesManage the order processing from creation to deliveryPartner with the warehouse leadership team to ensure all orders are delivered on time and in full to avoid charge backsManage and update all Customer Service logs and catalogsIdentify potential issues and make recommendations for solutions
