Contract Specialist

Job Description

• Responsible for examining, explaining, negotiating, and revising the contracts of the company's projects to the clients.
• Handle all needed procedures of the contracts
• Explain all the contract terms, components to the clients and answer their inquiries accordingly
• Review appropriate legal terms & conditions for contracts and ensure accuracy and compliance with company policies and procedures.
• liaising with other depts. such sales, operation for any needed support
• Provide contracts' legal advice to depts. management

Job Requirements

• 1-4 years of experience real estate contract
