Lead cash and basic needs programming strategy including annual work plans, partnership strategies, team structure, geographic concentrations, seasonal activities (such as winterization), sector concentrations, and process and quality improvements. .

Lead design and improvement of project monitoring and evaluation tools, rapid needs assessments, market assessments, registration forms, baseline assessments, and end line assessments. .

Provide cash-related technical guidance to partners and other IRC teams as needed. .

Ensure all basic needs modalities are assessed and delivered when needed including cash and in-kind. .

Provide input into the design of targeting, beneficiary identification and selection approaches, and distributions to ensure processes are fair, accountable and transparent for both direct and partner projects.
