Job Description
- Represent the company in a professional and a qualified manner.
- Receive and manage inbound calls coming to the company.
- Keep records of all incoming calls and inquires on the company’s database.
- Identify customers’ needs and directs them to the concerned parties.
- Manage customers’ complaints and directs them to the concerned parties.
- Build a strong impression and keeps a professional image.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor degree in any field.
- 1-2 years of experience in a call center or customer support.
- Strong phone and verbal communication skills
- Very goodwritten and spoken English
- Active listening and patience
- Familiarity with CRM systems and practices
- Customer oriented
