Billing Clerk

Responsibilities:

• Covering calls shift basis from 8:00 - 5:00 US EST for all US customers billing inquiries
• Collections Duties
• Account Receivable (contacting overdue accounts)
• Account set up (Collecting and facilitating the update of payment method on accounts)
• Following up on all monthly VIP corporates for accounts receivables.
• Billing Duties
• Billing verification (verify all accounts and orders before billing them)
• Billing orders and adjusting them to reflect the proper services rendered/provided.
• Handling all incoming requests either by (Phone/Email) related to account balance, Monthly
• statements, Invoices.
• Focal point between Billing department and other teams in order to facilitate billing tasks.
• Logistics Duties
• Coordinate with courier companies and track all shipments.
• Verify packages with our lab and make sure that all billed packages were sent
• using the right label.
