Responsibilities:
- Covering calls shift basis from 8:00 - 5:00 US EST for all US customers billing inquiries
- Collections Duties
- Account Receivable (contacting overdue accounts)
- Account set up (Collecting and facilitating the update of payment method on accounts)
- Following up on all monthly VIP corporates for accounts receivables.
- Billing Duties
- Billing verification (verify all accounts and orders before billing them)
- Billing orders and adjusting them to reflect the proper services rendered/provided.
- Handling all incoming requests either by (Phone/Email) related to account balance, Monthly
- statements, Invoices.
- Focal point between Billing department and other teams in order to facilitate billing tasks.
- Logistics Duties
- Coordinate with courier companies and track all shipments.
- Verify packages with our lab and make sure that all billed packages were sent
- using the right label.
