Architectural Coordinator Engineer

Job Description

• Review all designs submitted by consultants
• Ensure that the different designs match each other
• Coordination between consultants to reach designs with integrated details and identical with each other
• Preparing simple modular details
• Archiving project design documents
• List the different business items
• Assistance in preparing business estimations
• Periodic on-site inspection of the executed works and solving engineering problems at the site
• Operational Graphics Review
• Reviewing bidding documents for contractors
• Review of consultant claims
• Preparing follow-up reports, completion rates, and evaluating the advisory services provided
• Do what is assigned to him by his direct manager

Job Requirements

• Detailed knowledge of the Uniform Building Code Regulations
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, knowledge of Photoshop, and proficiency in Excel and Word
• Teamwork
• Analyzing problems and making decisions within the limits of his permission
