• Experience in concept design

• Excellent command of English.

• Excellent communication skills, especially in regard to ommunicating an artistic vision.
• Strong experience in 2D/3D modeling
• High skills in digital software such as AutoCAD, Photoshop, 3D max, MS office.
• Quality of renderings.
• Communication and presentation skills
• Good at keeping up Date with the latest software, techniques and work flows
• Attentive to details and strong work ethic
• Good time management skills, delivering work on time and to a high standard.
• A driver's license.
• Sound knowledge of Engineering, construction, and design.
• Superb project management skills.
• Great written and verbal communication skills.
• Proven working experience in decorating interior spaces (consultations, renovations, space planning and new constructions)
• Expertise in layout, colour, lighting, materials selection, custom furniture and all installations
