Adventure Acquisition Lead

Responsibilities:

• Develop a robust pipeline to acquire activity operators in Vietnam for the Seek Sophie platform using diverse channels such as email WhatsApp Instagram and direct outreach methods; comprehensively understand their offerings business models and alignment with the platform.
• Engage in meetings presentations and negotiations with potential merchants to secure their partnership and integration onto the Seek Sophie platform.
• Cultivate and maintain relationships and partnerships with merchants ensuring their performance contributes to expanding the Seek Sophie merchant network and driving company revenue growth.
• Contribute to assessing business needs and take proactive steps to introduce new categories and revenue streams.
• Occasionally travel to various Asian countries to conduct ontheground research and identify optimal experiences for inclusion on the Seek Sophie platform.

Eligibility Requirements:

• Possess 25 years of experience in business development account management sales or a related field.
• Demonstrated proficiency in both written and spoken English and Vietnamese; proficiency in any other Asian languages is advantageous.
• Strong business acumen and analytical skills with the ability to effectively close deals.
• Capable of building and nurturing relationships with key accounts and partners.
• Excellent interpersonal communication skills.
• Resourcefulness is essential as you will often need to devise practical solutions to complex challenges in a small company setting.
• Exhibit a strong work ethic and commitment to excellence considering the significant responsibility and trust placed in you at Seek Sophie.
• Willingness and ability to travel away from your home city or country for periods of up to 13 weeks at a time.
