Account Manager Sales

-Focus on developing relationships with new customers, as well as expanding existing ones to preserve the customer loyalty to the Company
-Manage the territory and interface with decision-makers
-Development and execution of a business plan targeting medium to strategic accounts
-Analyze customer needs to build solutions to our clients to provide them with business edge against their competitors
-Interface with all internal departments to help solve customer problems and to achieve high level of customer satisfaction
-Negotiate contracts to ensure best outcome in favor of our company
-Prepare proposals and ensure the quality of the proposals to keep the company’s standards
-Follow up with the PM department to guarantee project proper delivery, customer satisfaction and money collection
