Roles & Responsibilities:
Responsibilities:
1. Conducting Product Demonstrations and Presentations:
Conductcompelling product demonstrations tailored to prospective clients specific needs and challenges.
Deliver persuasive sales presentations showcasing Kodo s solutions and their direct relevance to client requirements.
Clearly articulate Kodo s value proposition highlighting unique selling points during client interactions.

2. Understanding Client Requirements:
Collaborate closely with the SDR team to understand client needs identified during the prospecting phase.
Conduct thorough needs analysis discussions with potential clients to deeply understand their challenges and goals.
Translate client requirements into customized solutions addressing pain points effectively during presentations.

3. Deal Negotiation and Closure:
Lead negotiations on contract terms pricing and service agreements to secure new business deals.
Consistently achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets through strategic selling and relationshipbuilding.

4. Client Relationship Management:
Cultivate and maintain enduring relationships with clients by deeply understanding their business goals and objectives.
Regularly follow up with clients to gauge satisfaction levels identify opportunities for upselling and promptly address concerns.

5. Market Feedback and Collaboration:
Gathermarket feedback during client interactions and collaborate with the product and marketing teams to enhance Kodo s offerings.

Requirements:
Bachelor s degree in Business Marketing Sales or related field.
Atleast2to5years of relevant experience
Proventrack record of successful B2B sales in the SaaS industry consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Exceptional communication negotiation and presentation skills.
Strongconsultative selling skills ability to understand client pain points and propose tailored solutions.
Experience with CRM software and salesrelated tools.
Selfmotivated resultsdriven and ability to work independently as well as in a collaborative team environment.
Adaptability to thrive in a fastpaced dynamic startup environment. Benefits Performancebased bonuses.
