Client Support: Assist in building and maintaining strong relationships with clients. Understand client objectives marketing goals and requirements to support the development of effective strategies.
Campaign Execution: Assist in the implementation and execution of campaigns. Collaborate with crossfunctional teams including creative production and account management to ensure smooth campaign delivery adherence to timelines and achievement of campaign objectives.
Project Coordination: Support the coordination of projects. Assist in managing project timelines deliverables and budgets to ensure projects are delivered on time and within allocated resources.
Communication: Support client communication efforts by preparing meeting agendas reports and presentations. Assist in conducting regular status meetings responding to client inquiries and providing updates on campaign progress.
Campaign Monitoring: Monitor campaign performance including key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics. Assist in gathering data and insights to evaluate campaign effectiveness and identify areas for optimization.
Client Satisfaction: Ensure client satisfaction by promptly addressing client concerns providing excellent customer service and effectively managing client expectations. Collaborate with internal teams to resolve any issues that may arise during campaign execution.
Administrative Tasks: Assist in managing administrative tasks related to client accounts such as maintaining client records managing contracts and agreements and tracking project expenses.
Industry Research: Stay updated with industry trends emerging technologies and best practices in BTL advertising. Continuously enhance your understanding of consumer behavior market dynamics and competitor activities.
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Marketing Advertising Business or a related field.
- Prior experience in account management client services or a similar role in the advertising industry is preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build rapport with clients and internal stakeholders.
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills to manage multiple projects and priorities effectively.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and coordinate with crossfunctional teams.
- Basic understanding of BTL advertising techniques channels and industry trends.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite including Word Excel and PowerPoint.
- Familiarity with project management tools and CRM software is a plus.
- Ability to work in a fastpaced environment and meet tight deadlines.
- Strong problemsolving skills and ability to think creatively to overcome challenges.
- Professionalism reliability and a customercentric mindset.
