Senior Event Coordinator

What youll be doing

As a Senior Event Coordinator your role is to manage and execute the activation side within events:

Plan and execute digital activations within events
Coordinate with vendors partners and internal teams
Handle logistics setup and on-ground operations
Ensure smooth execution and troubleshoot during activations
Work closely with creative & tech teams to deliver the experience
Manage multiple activations/projects simultaneously
What were looking for

Were looking for someone who understands events and can operate inside them.

23 years of hands-on experience in events (Mandatory)
Proven experience working on real events (execution & operations)
Strong coordination & communication skills
Ability to handle pressure and solve problems on the spot
Experience dealing with vendors logistics and on-ground setups
High sense of ownership and responsibility
Tools youll be using

Canva (for quick visuals & activation materials)
Project management tools (Notion Trello or similar)

Qualifications :

• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously
• Team player with a positive and energetic attitude
