The Electronics IoT/ Repair and Maintenance Engineer are responsible for the inspection maintenance repair and troubleshooting of LMI System PWAS (proximity warning alert system) DMS IVMS (in vehicle monitoring system and similar devices to ensure it is properly working before delivery to customer location. Electronics IoT/ Repair and Maintenance Engineer play a critical role in preventing devices failures and minimizing client complaints supporting field service technician productivity and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Inspect and Repair LMI (load moment indicator) PWAS and DMS Systems: Regularly inspect and repair devices received from clients for in-house repair check devices components to identify issues and potential problems.
• Maintenance and Repairs: Perform scheduled and unscheduled maintenance repairs and replacements of PWAS LMI and DMS parts.
• Troubleshooting: Diagnose and troubleshoot devices malfunctions or failures identify the root causes and implement corrective actions.
• Preventive Maintenance: Develop and execute preventive maintenance programs to extend device lifespan and reduce the risk of unexpected failures.
• Safety Compliance: Ensure that all work complies with safety regulations and standards and adhere to best practices for electrical safety.
• Documentation: Maintain detailed records of maintenance activities and repairs. Update device manuals if any and documentation as needed.
• Emergency Response: Respond promptly to devices failures to minimize client complaints.
• Upgrades and Improvements: Collaborate with Solutions team to implement upgrades modifications and improvements of Perfect Vision devices as required.
• Spare Parts Management: Manage and maintain an inventory of spare parts and equipment needed for repairs and replacements.
• Training and Development: Provide training and development for field technicians for new devices or devices improvements.

Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in engineering (IoT Mechanical and Electrical).

Proven experience in electronics maintenance and troubleshooting with a focus on electronics systems.

Knowledge of electronics codes regulations and best practices.

Ability to read and interpret electronics schematics and blueprints.

Proficiency in using electronics tools for testing and diagnosing Perfect Vision devices.

Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Good communication and teamwork skills.

Knowledge of safety protocols and practices related to electrical work.

Optional Skills and Certifications:

Electronics licenses or certifications.

Training in specific equipment or systems relevant to the organizations industry.
