Support the implementation of Earned Value Management (EVM) techniques to measure project efficiency and productivity.
Prepare weekly and monthly progress reports dashboards KPI reports and management presentations.
Assist project managers with forecasting planning resource allocation and performance analysis.
Coordinate closely with engineering procurement construction and commissioning teams to ensure smooth project execution.
Participate in project review meetings and provide accurate project control information to stakeholders.
Identify potential project risks and contribute to the development of mitigation and recovery plans.
Support change management processes and evaluate the impact of project changes on cost and schedule.
Ensure compliance with company procedures client requirements and project control standards.
Guide and support junior team members while promoting best practices in project controls and cost management.
Requirements
Bachelors or Masters Degree in Engineering Project Management Construction Management or a related field.
3 to 5 years of experience in Cost Control Project Controls Planning or Scheduling within Oil & Gas EPC projects.
Strong understanding of project planning cost control budgeting forecasting and project performance measurement.
Hands-on experience with Primavera P6 Microsoft Project SAP and Microsoft Excel.
Good knowledge of Earned Value Management (EVM) project risk management and project lifecycle processes.
Ability to analyse complex project data and present clear practical recommendations.
Excellent communication coordination and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced project environment and manage multiple priorities.
