Position: NOC Engineer
Location: Saudi Arabia (KSA)

Key Responsibilities:

Monitor and maintain network and IT infrastructure to ensure high availability
Troubleshoot and resolve system and network issues
Manage and maintain servers and Microsoft infrastructure (AD DNS DHCP IIS)
Configure and support network devices and security tools
Maintain documentation of systems configurations and incidents
Support IT teams in infrastructure improvements and upgrades

Qualifications & Requirements:

Bachelors degree in Computer Science IT or a related field
Minimum 2 years of experience in NOC / Network / Infrastructure roles
Hands-on experience with Windows Server AD DNS DHCP IIS
Good understanding of networking fundamentals and monitoring tools
Strong troubleshooting and system administration skills
Fluent in Arabic (mandatory)
