Were hiring a full-cycle sales rep to own outbound pipeline from first touch to closed deal.

This is a hybrid role youll be sourcing your own leads and receiving inbound pipeline from the CEO. OneAway generates booked meetings on autopilot through a YouTube channel LinkedIn SEO and a cold email outbound system. Youll be handling those calls. But dont mistake that for a soft role youre also expected to generate your own pipeline and hit your outbound KPIs independently.

What Youll Be Doing

  • Running 50 outbound touchpoints per day across email and LinkedIn (we provide the tools and workflows to make this efficient)
  • Taking and running discovery calls from CEO-sourced leads generated via YouTube LinkedIn and cold email
  • Owning the full sales cycle from prospecting to discovery to close
  • Selling a service starting at $4000/month consultative high-ticket no order-taking
  • Learning our service inside and out so you can speak credibly to prospects
  • Keeping our CRM updated religiously this is non-negotiable
  • Sending the CEO a weekly pipeline report covering deal status activity and whats moving

Qualifications :

What Were Looking For

  • Proven high-ticket closer. Youve sold a service at $3K/month and have the track record to prove it. We will ask.
  • Native or near-native English. Written and spoken. No exceptions.
  • Available during EST hours. Most calls happen in the US morning/afternoon window.
  • Detail-oriented to a fault. If CRM hygiene bores you this isnt the role.
  • Self-directed. You dont need a manager breathing down your neck to hit your numbers.

Bonus Points (Seriously)

  • You know what a GTM engineer is and you can talk the talk Clay Apollo LinkedIn automation multi-channel sequencing
  • Youre familiar with tools like Clay n8n or other workflow automation platforms
  • Youve worked at or sold for an outbound agency before
  • Big bonus: Youve used or are curious about Claude Code were building AI-native workflows and we want people who are excited about that not intimidated by it

A Note on Culture

Were a small high-leverage team. Theres no bureaucracy no politics and no room for passengers. Youll have direct access to the CEO and a real say in how we build the sales function.
