Floor Manager (French) - FX Brokerage
Location: Agadir Morocco (On-site)
We are looking for an experienced French Floor Manager to join a fast-growing FX Brokerage in Agadir. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills sales management experience and the ability to drive team performance in a high-pressure environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage daily floor operations and supervise the sales/retention teams
- Monitor team KPIs performance and daily targets
- Coach motivate and train agents to maximize conversions and deposits
- Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations
- Handle escalations client issues and support agents when needed
- Coordinate with management to improve sales strategies and processes
- Maintain a positive and competitive working environment
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years experience as a Floor Manager / Team Leader in FX Brokerage CFD or Financial Sales
- Strong knowledge of FX sales processes deposits and client handling
- Proven track record of achieving targets and managing teams
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Fluent in French
- Strong reporting and organizational skills
