We are seeking a highly organized and ambitious Business Development & Executive Assistant to work directly with the CEO.
This role is designed for a high-potential professional (13 years experience) who wants to grow within a structured business development environment and gain direct exposure to strategic decision-making.
Requirements
Key Responsibilities
Business Development Support
Identify and research new business opportunities
Assist in preparing proposals and presentations
Maintain and update CRM systems and sales pipeline reports
Conduct competitor analysis and market mapping
Follow up with prospects and track deal progress
Executive & Operational Support
Manage schedules meetings and professional correspondence
Prepare weekly reports and KPI dashboards
Organize documentation and internal workflows
Coordinate with marketing and external partners
Marketing & Lead Generation
Support LinkedIn prospecting and B2B outreach
Assist in preparing marketing materials
Conduct digital research and performance tracking
Requirements
12 years of experience in Business Development Marketing or Sales
Excellent English (spoken & written)
Strong Microsoft Office skills (Excel & PowerPoint essential)
Familiarity with CRM systems
Strong research and analytical skills
Highly organized and detail-oriented
Self-motivated with ability to work independently
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in B2B environments
Basic understanding of digital marketing funnels
Experience with Canva or LinkedIn Sales Navigator
Strong presentation formatting skills
